The project brief asks for contact, stage, desired outcome, timing, budget range, region, and consent. The 72-character idea summary is optional. Start without revealing the secret mechanism of your idea.

Contact and routing

Vibe is the studio brand and part of the High5 Labs brand family. Project briefs and privacy requests are currently routed through hello@high5labs.com.

Information requested

Name, work email, role or company, project stage, desired outcome, launch window, budget range, selected region, and consent. The 72-character idea summary is optional.

Use

The Vibe team uses this brief only to evaluate and respond to this potential engagement.

Form delivery

Netlify Forms receives and stores submissions, then sends a notification to hello@high5labs.com. Access is restricted to the studio founder. Form values are not sent to analytics or advertising services.

Retention

Unconverted inquiries are deleted within 90 days.

Your requests

Ask for a copy, correction, or earlier deletion of your inquiry by emailing hello@high5labs.com. We may reply to the address used in the inquiry to verify the request.

Tracking

Vibe does not run client-side analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies at launch. Netlify processes ordinary hosting requests; Netlify Web Analytics is not enabled.

Confidential discovery

Submitting the brief does not create an NDA. After we confirm fit, either side can request a mutual NDA before confidential discovery. Do not share confidential details until a separate agreement is signed.

Policy changes

Last updated July 28, 2026. Material changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite the notice attached to an earlier inquiry.

Project inquiries receive a reply within one business day. This privacy page does not itself create confidentiality or non-disclosure obligations.
